So for the months of November and December I decided that I would not buy any make up because I have so much (plus with the gift I got for Christmas I was pretty much set.) I have more eyeshadow than I know what to do with and I wouldn’t have it any other way. (I might do a collection post sometime soon…ish.)

Anyways, I call it a semi-success because I only broke my no buy 3 times (which for me is good because I usually break it the week of my no-buy.) But I broke it twice for Inglot and once to buy the revlon lip butters. Inglot was having a 20% off black friday sale and I decided it was time for me to try them out. I had heard so many good things about the Inglot eyeshadows that once this sale rolled around I jumped on the opportunity. I ended up ordering a 10 palette and 7 eyeshadows. I bought 3 matte ones and 4 shimmery/glittery ones. I must has my initial impressions of these shadows were fabulous! They literally blew away every other shadow I owned. They are pigmented, soft, easy to blend, long lasting…just everything I want in an eyeshadow. (I am planning on trying the blushes next…yup obsessed.)

The second order from Inglot consisted of purely matte shadows and a few rainbow ones to boot. I ended up buying 4 matte eyeshadows and 3 rainbow eyeshadows. (Did I mention I was obsessed?) I really like the idea the rainbow shadows because it is like getting three different eyeshadows in one. Plus of course they are pigmented and matte as well. I usually don’t like matte eyeshadows. But, these are absolutely fantastic. Fan freaking tastic.

I also stumbled across the Revlon lip butters in my local Target. It was the first time I had seen it in my area anywhere. They only had 7 of the colors available. But of those in the display, I picked up Creme brûlée and pink truffle. I wanted to play it safe initially just in case I was in the minority and dislike the lip butters. This wasn’t the case at all and I ended up getting three more after my no buy was up. I won’t write an in-depth review on these because there are so many out there already. But I did end up liking them and using them for my everyday lip.

overall, I can’t say that I am disappointed in myself. Other than the things mentioned above, I didn’t buy any other make up. I was very tempted to, but I didn’t. I am also surprised I didn’t end up buying any Tokidoki make up since Tokidoki is my favorite. So it wasn’t a complete success but it wasn’t a failure either.

I think I might try another no buy in February and March. It is a very nice challenge and I really don’t need anything else. I might get another moisturizer but I don’t count it as breaking a no buy since I have no back ups. (I am very random about the things I buy back ups of.)

My next post will hopefully be an update on a new obstacle I encountered, My “Christmas” haul, and products I used up over my no buy. Look forward to it!!

I am hoping you all had a wonderful Christmas and New Years. To all you students, have you started the new semester yet? Today was my first day back!! I am mixed between excitement and dread.

So, I wanted to get right into it. I finally jumped on the Make Up Forever HD bandwagon and bought it. I bought the color 127, which was a lucky guess and a perfect match for my skintone. I ordered the foundation online from Sephora since I didn’t want to make the drive to the mall to look at it in person. I was pleasantly surprised that it was the right color. I usually guess either too light or too dark on concealers and foundations. I must be learning!!

I decided to try this particular foundation because it didn’t have any SPF in it. I am going to a big family wedding in May where there will be a lot of pictures. So I didn’t want a white cast in those pictures. This pushed me to find a foundation that would give me good coverage without the light reflection. I wanted to try it early because I can always buy it in a darker color for summer; but I need time to try different application techniques to see which one gives me the best finish.

My initial thoughts when I applied it with a stippling brush was “amazing!!” I really liked the finish and the coverage it gave me. I felt it gave me medium coverage. The perfect amount for my skin. I applied it at 9 am and checked how it looked again at 6 PM and it looked almost the same. It faded a bit around my nose but all foundations do that to me. I set it with MAC mineralized skinfinish natural in medium dark. I really love the overall finish of these two products combined. I am planning on buying the Milani multitask powder to see if it is a good substitute for the MAC. (Cause I do not like the MAC price tag.)

But my first impression of the MUFE HD foundation is that it is a good long wearing foundation. It seems to do well with normal day to day wear. I might have to try taking it for a test spin on a date with the boyfriend just to see how it holds up under a more stressful situation. I will update this once I have had sufficient time to play around with the foundation.

Today I wanted to write about something that has really been bothering me for a while.

So, a YouTube personality I enjoy watching had put up a video about Second chances. In the video, he berated the numerous females that give their significant other a “second chance” but continually hold the wrong doing (usually cheating) against their significant other. He says in a second chance it should be a clean slate and let the past stay in the past. That women shouldn’t bring up the event that caused the need for a second a chance.

I have to say this is total crap. Utter crap. Don’t get me wrong, I still adore this person and watch his videos all the time. But I think this is the single dumbest thing he has ever posted in a video. In my opinion, giving someone a second chance does not automatically erase what they did. If I love someone, I would never cheat on him. If I respect someone, I would never cheat on him. If I cared at all for someone and wanted him in my life, I would not cheat on him. Cheating in itself is wrong. You cannot claim, “oh I love you” after smearing that person with dirt and spitting on his/her face by betraying his/her trust in you to sleep with someone else (Or kiss or flirt or whatever it is you deem cheating.)

But that being said, if I do get cheated on I will feel pain. Lots of pain. From the betrayal, from the feeling of not being good enough, from my own insecurities going haywire in my head. But if I can look past all this and still believe I can be with this person…well there is no way in hell I can start from a clean slate. I can SAY it, but that isn’t the case. The past cannot be undone and because of that, I cannot change my emotions or the scars it will eventually leave. My mentality and views of relationships will permanently shift (maybe not extremes but it will shift slightly.) I cannot simply repress the pain and put on a smile because “hey I gave this person a second chance…a chance to start over.” No. There is no starting over (PS-I desperately want to cuss up a storm right now…so please excuse any slip ups.) A second chance is not starting from scratch all over again, blindly giving your trust to someone who obviously didn’t and still doesn’t deserve it.

In my eyes, a second chance is the chance to prove you deserve to be trusted. If you fucking cheat on someone, expect to wallow in mud before rising to even ground again. You dug yourself into a pretty deep hole, it will take time to climb out. Don’t expect it to be easy, don’t expect it to be quick, and damn don’t expect any help from the person you betrayed. He/She has already given you a HUGE opportunity by even letting you climb out of the hole you dug yourself into. If I give a guy who cheated on me a second chance, I am not going to be nice. I am not going to just “trust him” and start over. I didn’t trust him when we first started dating, he had to gain my trust. Now he has to gain it back again, this time without the benefit of doubt. Every move he makes will be scrutinized by me. Every word he says will be taken with a grain of salt. Every thing he tells me will be considered a lie until shown otherwise. Hell, he lied to my face before-what is going to stop him from doing it again?

If he can’t handle this, the door is easy to find. I wasn’t the one that messed up. So, I won’t feel bad for not trusting him. If he thinks I’m going overboard he should have thought about that before he messed around behind my back. I honestly don’t care what his excuse for his actions are-nothing will change the fact that he thought about what could happen if he got caught, processed it, and decided eff it he’ll screw around anyways. If he can put that much thought into the consequences, then he can deal with them when it comes up. And if those consequences include me being paranoid, well he better learn to deal with that if he “truly loves me.” (But then again true love wouldn’t cheat in the first place right? Now I’m just arguing in circles…Haha.)

Long time no see right? I apologize for my absence. School took over my life along with dental school applications.

Today, I need to confess something to you guys. I have a hoarding problem. I love to hoard two things: boxes and concealer.

I can’t help myself. Whenever I get anything in a box (packages and such) I cannot throw the box away!! I have literally a closet full of boxes that I keep just in case. I always think “well I might need it one day…I should keep the box.” I am also kind of the same way with shopping bags but not as bad. I think I have some subconscious need to make sure I can build a box fort at a moments notice. Plus if I ever need to move I will have enough boxes for all the knick knacks I have collected over the years. At least that is my justification for this problem I have. My boyfriend doesn’t quite understand this obsession I have. He laughs because I always want to stop him from throwing away any boxes he has. I don’t stop him…but man I desperately want to.

As for concealer, I just love trying out new concealers. I have a lot of scarring from acne. So I like trying different concealers to see which one provided the best coverage. Eventually trying has lead me to amass about 7-8 different concealers. I try to rotate them but usually I end up obsessed with one or two and just use them. It’s beginning to become a problem. But since I never leave the house without using concealer I figured I needed them. Kinda. Yeah obsessed.

So my question today is- do you have anything you near hoard? I would love for you guys to share them!

I am not sure why I am posting this early. I usually save my blogging for the evenings. OH well, maybe this change of pace will be good for me! I just wanted to share something with you all today that I had to get off my chest.

I have been really into looking at wedding things lately. I’m not quite sure why. No my boyfriend hasn’t proposed. No, I am not planning on getting married any time soon. But I just can’t stop looking at engagement rings! (and one of my best friends has been sending me different wedding dresses she wants to wear. They all look gorgeous!)

Before I launch into the entry about WHY I am feeling like this…I reeeeeaaaalllllyyyyy want to share what I obsessing over.

For some reason, this ring to me is just absolutely perfect. It’s simple but pretty. It isn’t overstated and would look good regardless of season or outfit. It’s also not gold. (I’m not a fan of gold) so I’m happy about that.

Next, my friend has been showing a bunch of wedding dressed. I have been trying to stay away, but at the same time I can’t help but look. I really like wedding dresses because they are so elegant and wonderful. I am debating on a simple dress or a princess style dress. My friend is all about big and bold statement dresses, but I’m not sure I want something like that. I haven’t spent too much time looking at dresses because I feel like right now I’m still waiting for my boyfriend to take step one.

Now, I know some of you will think that I’m rushing it. Heck I haven’t even been with my boyfriend for 6 months yet. (Yeah jumping the gun much Linh?) But, I don’t feel too bad because my boyfriend actually dropped the L bomb on me about a month into the relationship. If that wasn’t bad enough, he has been telling me since then that he wants me to be his wife. He thinks I am “The one” for him. I am going to admit…the feeling is definitely mutual. While my boyfriend’s dating background is a bit sparse (He has only dated one other girl besides me a few years ago in college), I have spent a bit more time dating than he has. I have had 3 other boyfriends where it ended disastrously. But with each relationship getting progressively worse, I learned a lot from each experience. So even though it was a horrible relationship, I have learned something invaluable from each on what I look for in a partner.

Through my learning experience, I know that Lee is going to a wonderful husband. I am not scared thinking about getting married to him. Dare I say, I am even EXCITED to get married to him? Now, I know you guys don’t know me that well. But if you ask my cousin or anyone close to me, Me getting excited about marriage is a BIG DEAL. My ex wanted to propose to me and I felt panic and scared. The thought of getting married to him made me want to vomit. But with Lee, I never felt like that. Even when he said he loved me one month in. Even when he said he wanted to marry me. I just felt….giddy.

To make matters more complex, his mother told him to propose to me before we left for school (Me dental and him PT.) I was surprised by this because I didn’t think his mom would be someone to push him into a serious relationship like that. According to Lee, his mom really likes me so she think we are really good together. Either way, none of this is helping my wedding fever. I am surrounded by friends who are excited to get married and family who is pushing for marriage.

While all of this is rolling in fast forward, I am a bit excited to be Mrs. Lee Chow. LOL. Although, I have told Lee I am keeping my maiden name after we get married. It’s an Asian thing. I have always dreamed of being Dr. Phan…and that won’t change even if I become a Mrs.

Today, I wanted to focus on something quite important….skincare.

I know everyone’s skin is different and what works for some will not work for others. But, I believe it’s a good idea to check out what everyone else is doing to generate ideas. (And we’re all about sharing here aren’t we?)

First, I want to let you guys know about my skin so you have a better idea if this will work for you or not. I have combination oily skin. I tend to get dryer on the cheeks during season changes and oily as can be in my T-zone. Regardless of what kind of make up I wear, I will be shiny by the end of  the day. I break out quite easily and tend to have very dry skin around my mouth (but I think that is from not drinking enough water…)

I also tend to change-up my routine every so often. I will put down what I do for MOST of the year and note any changes I have done recently in between those times.

My daytime routine:

I was my face with the Clarasonic Mia and Purity cleanser. This is main form of cleansing I do since it leaves my skin clean and smooth. The Purity cleanser is gentle enough that my skin won’t get irritated from using it with the Mia. I also like the smell of the cleanser.

Recently though, I have stopped using the Mia to give my skin a bit of change from the norm. I have switched to using the Cetaphil daily cleanser. I don’t use this with the Mia because I think it will be too harsh for skin and cause excess drying on my cheeks (which already have a tendency to dry out anyways.)

I then use the Shiseido brightening softener. This is a hydrating toner that I have reviewed before. I still really love this toner, but I have learned the price tag is a bit high. Shiseido is an amazing line for Asian skin in particular but I don’t think currently I need to pay 40 dollars for a toner. So I am only using this until I use it up.

After the toner I use the Neutragena Acne Stress Relief gel all over It contains 2% salicylic acid. I need this because my skin is VERY prone to breaking. But since I have dry cheeks, I need something that will not only prevent and dry break outs but also hydrate my skin. This is the perfect product for that purpose.

I also use the BE Eye firming treatment. I use this particular eye cream because while dark circles are not genetic in my family, large bags under the eyes are. (I have it on both sides of my family…great…) So, I find that this firming treatment really reduces the appearance of the bags underneath my eyes. It also helps with dark circles (I had slight circles, nothing major though.)

After letting all that sink into my skin for 10 minutes, I will apply moisturizer. I am currently using the Dramatically different moisturizing gel my clinique, but I may change that once I finished the bottle. I’m not sure which moisturizer I will use just yet. I would love to hear your recommendations on any moisturizer (drugstore or high-end) that you highly recommend.

That is my daytime skin care routine, a bit intense yeah? But it actually takes no time at all.

My nighttime routine:

It is actually pretty similar to my daytime routine. There are a few differences though.

For make up removal, I use the Up&Up eye make up remover. It’s the only one I really like that I’ve tried so far. The Clinique one is also really good, but I think price-wise and performance, the Up&Up one is just fine. It removes my mascara and such beautifully. There are bits of residue left, but nothing major.

I then use baby wipes to remove all my face make up before I wash my face. I use to use removing wipes, but that was getting a bit expensive. So I heard baby wipes were good for make up removal, I tried it and I am in love. I think they are wonderful and they smell good too! I am currently using Huggies, but that’s only because the box the wipes came in has Pooh on it. (Such I sucker for packaging I am…)

I don’t apply moisturizer or the Neutragena gel. Instead, I use Epiduo all over my face.

Epiduo is a prescription topical medication that I use for handling my acne prone skin. Recently, my skin started breaking out like crazy (like it never had before in my entire life.) As a result, I was told by my dermatologist to use Epiduo and the Clarasonic. Thanks to both of these things, my break outs no longer occur. I may include a full post review about this later.

Once a week:

I will use the Cure gel as an exfoliant if I am not showering. I have learned this works much better on dry skin vs. wet skin. It does not hurt at all. It is mostly water and is really good for sensitive skin. Cure is a japanese product and is one of the best-selling. (I was able to learn about Cure through Bubzbeauty on youtube.)After using it, my skin feels smooth, clean, and refreshed actually. I really love this product and I hate to run out because I am not sure where I can get more (and not have to pay a lot for shipping…)

If I am showering at night and need to exfoliate, I will use the St. Ives Apricot scrub. I bought this a few weeks ago to try. I know a lot of people have been talking about it years ago, but I never got around to trying it. I am still on the fence on how much I like it. I think it’s a better body scrub than facial scrub. But once a week, I think it’s pretty quality. I just have to be extra careful to be extra gentle when using it. I do like how smooth my skin is afterwards though.

The mask I use is the Queen Helene Mint Julep mask. I absolutely adore this mask! I have tried a lot of masks; this one, by far, is the best one yet. It smells strongly of mint. So if you don’t like mint, I do not recommend this mask. It tingles when I put it on (another sensation I enjoy.) It really helps make my skin feel clean and refreshed.

Well, that is my skin care routine (a bit long I know, I apologize.) I just wanted to share with you what I do. I would love to hear your thoughts on any of these products and what you do for your skin care routine. I would also love any recommendation for other skin care items I should try!

I am excited to share this with you all. It is long overdue because I fail at blogging, but it’s ok. I wanted to share with you guys the loveliness that was my birthday! Yup, I’m another year older and another year wiser now (or so they say…I still act like I’m 5.) My birthday was a mash of love, happiness, anger, and sadness. But at least it was eventful right? right? -silence- Anywhooooo….

On my actual birthday (it fell on a Thursday) I actually spent most of it alone. So sad and pathetic right? My brother had class until 8PM that night. My boyfriend had parent teacher conferences until 730 and my mom was working. So…my birthday wasn’t that exciting. But it’s ok, I had a lot of fun with my puppies (by have fun, I think it was me annoying them with my constant need for attention.)

Friday, I don’t believe it was any better. I spent it with my boyfriend and brother. My boyfriend had a couple plans for that day but my brother needed a ride from the bus stop. (We still take the bus to school cause we’re cool.Public Transport FTW.) Unfortunately, due to a displeasing series of events my boyfriend ended up quite upset and I ended up arguing with my mom about her rude behavior. My boyfriend being upset with the situation (Sounds like we’re on Jersey Shore) ended up kind of being short with me. It was understandable and I didn’t really know what to say. I knew that my mom wasn’t going to be super pleased but at the same time I didn’t expect things to go south so badly especially around my birthday. I thought it would have been a bit much to ask but I still thought on my birthday she would at least try to be nice. So, my boyfriend ended up leaving a bit angry. I felt bad and for the first time since I can remember my brother actually stood up for my boyfriend.

Saturday, it started out pretty poorly. My boyfriend invited me over to his place but was really mean. On the way over I was debating the entire way if I should just turn around and go home. I almost did more times than I care to admit. I also took a lot of time just sitting in the car debating on going inside, breaking up with him, or just going home and trying again next week. It wasn’t pretty by any means but when I did end up going inside…Lee didn’t even open the door for me! His roommate ended up letting me in while Lee waited for me in his room. I wasn’t too pleased with this either (again the thought of breaking up with him was entertained for a moment.)

Luckily for the both of us, Lee apologized for his words earlier. I took the apology, even though I was a bit hesitant. We talked a bit and he set up the CUTEST surprise for  me. I think that was part of the reason I was able to forgive him.

I thought this was the sweetest thing ever! He made the “I” and the “U” out of cliff bars (my favorite healthy snack!) and the <3 out of Starbursts! (I love me some Starbursts.) Then at the end was my present that he ordered from Sephora with that cute box! (Can you tell I was super psyched about this?!) Inside was the Hello Kitty Graffiti palette. I knew I was getting this because I had mentioned to Lee that this was what I wanted. I was blown away by the set up. No one had done this for me ever and after the rough birthday weekend I had I needed something like this.

After the presents and some cuddling, we decided to head to Boulder for a wonderful walk around Pearl Street. I didn’t realize there was some sort of fair there. It was crazy crowded but really fun! There was live music, a man dancing in roller skates (yes…skates, like the kind from cheesy 50′s flicks,) and plenty of stands selling things fried on a stick! We decided to have dinner at Kasa Sushi. It was a nice sushi restaurant in Boulder. I think he only picked sushi because he knew I was obsessed. But we order a sake and beer to share. For some reason, whenever we try a different sushi place we have to try the seaweed salad. For the record, the best seaweed salad I’ve had was from Hana Matsuri. At Kasa Sushi, it was pretty good but not the best. I tried udon for the first time too (YUM!) and of course we also got a sushi roll. I think I ate more than Lee….Yeah I’m a glutton.

After dinner we walked around Pearl Street. For dessert, we bought a cheesecake from the Cheesecake factory and watched the band perform live. Actually, we watched the shoeless guy and the dude on roller skates dance. It was entertaining…only in Boulder. It was funny though. Lee had gone on a series of dates and one of the girls he dated was there. I thought he should have said hi…he did not. LOL.

OHHHH And most importantly, I found a LUSH in Boulder. I had NO idea there was one there. Lee thought I had gone crazy because we had walked past it a few times. But while walking, I spotted it and suddenly took off running. Poor Lee was so confused as to why we were running, but I HAD to get there before it closed. It was a small shop, so I over looked it-twice. But once inside the girl working the register was super nice. I wanted a Mint lip scrub and she went in the back and brought out a whole new box for me! I was so excited that I almost forgot about Lee. I couldn’t believe that after waiting for so long I finally was able to get my hands on the lip scrub. I had heard so many good things about it that I had to try it! (And on a quick note: I love the lip scrub. Totally worth every penny I paid. Plus it tastes like mint chocolate chip…..amazing.)

The night turned out well despite the tough beginning. I had a wonderful 25th birthday. I hope the next quarter century is as entertaining as the last had been.

Long time no talk yeah? Gosh I really stink at this.

But anyways, I wanted to write a quick pots to update everyone on my current situation.

Last night….it snowed a good 6 inches. FINALLY! I was sick of 80 degree weather in October lol. I’m a Colorado girl, you all know that. I love my brisk falls and snow. So I am currently cuddling two amazingly adorable pups who are sleeping the cold away. It’s just exciting because I’ve been waiting for the snow for quite some time now. (I was not enjoying the 70+ weather on my birthday…speaking of birthdays, I will be doing a birthday entry soon. Sorry for the super one month delay darlings.)

Second, I got my first dental school interview! EEEEKKKK. As some of you may know, I am applying to dental schools. It’s been pretty rough. I’ve gotten rejected to about 6 schools (I applied to 44 so if one doesn’t take me I might jump in a fast-moving river.) But I finally got invited to an interview on December 3rd at the University of Colorado Health Science School of Dental Medicine. So if you any of you have tips for how to I should go about preparing for my interview, PLEASE let me know! I am freaking out about it. But hey, at least I have one interview. Now after my interview I have a 50/50 chance of getting accepted. Yup….freaking out.

Third, I just wanted to express how much I missed my blog. I always have the page open…even if I’m not writing in it like I should be. But I wanted to share a list of potential drafts of entries. I am planning on doing a review/swatches on the three Hello Kitty Palettes I have. I have the purple one, the Memoirs of a Kitty one, and the Graffiti one. If I get it in time, I will also include the Noir palette that just came out for the holidays. =D

I am also doing the birthday entry I mentioned earlier. I also might do a blog about the first weekend my boyfriend will be away. Oh no. Yup, he will be going to Tennessee on November 4th for a physical therapy school interview. I am excited for him, but he said he only applied to that school because he wants to be where I am. (How sweet…collective “awww” now. lol) But I hope he does well and even if he doesn’t want to go to TN, it’ll give him practice right? right? anyone? no…ok.

Then finally, I was thinking of doing a “How I fail at Professor Layton” blog…I have finished the Curious Village; I am working through the Diabolical Box right now. I need to get the Unwound Future because the Last Specter was just released and I need it…..I am obsessed with Professor Layton. For puzzle lovers out there, you need Professor Layton in your life.

I decided to try this tag. It has been going around youtube so I thought I would lift it and write it in my blog. I hope you guys enjoy this!

#1. What’s a nickname only your family calls you?
Well my family doesn’t really have a nickname for me. But my friends call me “Binny” and my boyfriend calls me “Starburst.” Binny is from one of my friends trying to rhyme my name with things and the best they could do was Bin. From Bin, Binny evolved and that is now my nickname. Starburst came from me telling my boyfriend I adore Starbursts candy and he said he adored me so I must be his Starburst.

#2. What’s a weird habit of yours?
I have a bunch of weird habits. One of my weird habits is if I eat anything covered in chocolate, I must eat the chocolate on the outside first and then whatever is on the inside. I do this with M&Ms, chocolate covered peanuts, ice cream bars covered in chocolate. I also eat the candy shell first of Reese’s pieces and then the peanut butter on the inside.

#3. Do you have any weird phobias? How much time do you have?
I am deathly afraid of bees and moths. Moths more so than bees.

#4. What’s a song you secretly LOVE to blast && belt out when you’re alone?
Probably Honey Bee by Blake Shelton. I first heard it with my boyfriend and I’ve been playing it on repeat while I get ready ever since. I think it’s a wonderful song that’s catchy and cute.

A classic song that I love singing along to is Hilary Duff’s Wake up. Yeah…I love the H Duff. Don’t judge  me =D

#5. What’s one of your biggest pet peeves?
When someone presses all the buttons on drink lids. I don’t know why but that really makes me want to kick them down some stairs. (I have anger issues apparently lol.)

#6. What’s one of your nervous habits?
Playing with my necklace. I have a necklace my mom gave me for my 18th birthday, and every time I am nervous I start fiddling with it.

#7. What side of the bed do you sleep on?
The side with the night stand. It changes from place to place, but I have to sleep next to the night stand.

#8. What was your first stuffed animal & its name?
I don’t remember. It probably didn’t have a name because my cousins and brother kept stealing all my stuffed animals.

#9. What’s the drink you ALWAYS order at Starbucks?
Venti chai tea latte. On hot days: With light ice. On cold days as is.
#10. What’s the beauty rule you preach.. but never ACTUALLY practice?
Don’t pick at break outs. I always pick at them…so bad…but I do.

#11. Which way do you face in the shower?
Away from the shower head usually…but I face towards the shower head when I’m washing my back. It’s routine.

#12. Do you have any ‘weird’ body ‘skills’?
Um I am double jointed at the elbow so I can turn my hand in 360 degrees. My boyfriend called me weird when he saw me do it for the first time. he thought I dislocated my elbow.

#13. What’s your favorite ‘comfort food’/food that’s ‘bad’ but you love to eat it anyways?
Cheetos Hot Fries. They are so bad for me but I love them!

#14. What’s a phrase or exclamation you always say?
Hm this is a hard one…but I guess it would be “Probably, maybe…yes.”

#15. Time to sleep- what are you ACTUALLY wearing?
Boy shorts, a sports bra, and a giant t-shirt. I’m talking xxl or larger. Otherwise I feel confined.

I thought I would do a project 10 pan update. There isn’t a lot to update but I still wanted to share my progress just in case someone out there would like to know. So I’ve been doing project 10 pan for a couple of weeks now and I thought i would never hit pan on any of products. I’ve been trying to use up some of the things I’ve already hit pan on (but I didn’t want to include them in my Project 10 Pan because I felt like it would be cheating.)

The two things I’m trying to finish up are:
MAC eyeshadow-Era

I am almost done with this eyeshadow! (Yay!) It’s a great all over lid color that looks perfect with any neutral look (or any look in fact.)

This is the perfect summer glow blush for me. I just put it on and go without worrying. It gives me a nice glow but doesn’t quite “bronze” my skin so my face doesn’t look darker. I love it.

As you can see I’ve definite hit pan on these two. But I want to hit rim on them and then use them for the Back 2 MAC.

Aside from these, something new I’ve hit pan on is my elf complexion perfection. It was kinda surprising when I hit pan on my complexion perfection because I thought I had more left than I did. When I finish this, I might have to buy a back up (maybe after I use up the Rimmel Stay Matte powder I bought.)

I am trying to finish off my Stila long wear lip color in Darling. From the picture, you can see I have nothing but a tiny nub of the lipstick left. So I’m pretty excited to finish this lipstick up, it won’t take long I’m sure.

I am not sure if it counts, but I’ve also hit pan on my elf eyebrow kit in dark on the gel side. But I have this odd habit of using only one little area of my makeup product. So although I’ve hit pan, I think I still have a lot left.

I have also hit pan on the eyelid shade in my Wet ‘n Wild Walking on Eggshells Trio. This one was easy to hit pan on because it goes all over the lid. The shadows are super soft and pigmented as well so it wasn’t hard to get a lot on the brush and then pat it on to the lid for a pink lid. I really like the color and I’m sure I will re-purchase when necessary.
