I know I promised a review of the Sonia Kashuk Gel Liner today. But I am currently writing/editing/possibly filming it right now. So, to fill the space I will just write about the weekend I’ve had.
As some of you know I live in the Mile High City. We are known for our crazy, always changing weather. I love it here. With 300+ days of sunshine a year, it can’t be beat. So….with the recent weather I’d feel a bit…off? It’s been raining consistently for the past three days. Anyone from CO will tell you, that is not normal! Plus three days of gray skies really throws off my ability to be productive or focused or even slightly happy.
Therefore, to combat this I’ve been trying to do things inside that make me happy! Namely, spending more time with my boyfriend cuddling to combat the cold from the slush (rain + snow). Whenever the skies become cloudy, I feel super cold. I think it’s all in my head, but I feel freezing whenever it’s cloudy. Does anyone else feel like that?
Aside from cuddling with my sweetie, I’ve been surrounding myself with my two puppies. They’re bigger brats than normal when it’s rainy out though. Yume is not a fan at all of the cold or rain. She LOVES snow (what CO dog doesn’t right?) But when it’s cold out she’s all about being inside and bothering me. Ester doesn’t like rain…but she doesn’t mind the cold. So days like today are pretty bad for the both of them. I’ve been trying to entertain them without breaking down the house. It’s hard but so far they seemed to have settled down. I think it’s cause they know the boyfriend is here so they can’t have 100% attention like they normally do. Heheh =D
Then finally, because my boyfriend forgot to bring Avatar (again) I’ve been filling my time with hours of Final Fantasy IV on the DS( Yes, I am that kind of nerd,) and watching movies with Chase on Hulu. He keeps selecting random videos to “surprise me”. But I can’t really complain right now, Mr. Bean was an excellent choice. He has the same sense of humor so the movies we like are kind of similar (minus my incredible love for kids’ movies!)
Heh, I promise the next one will be the review! And with pictures….hopefully.
Until next time everyone,
